Jorge Ferreira, is one of the great researchers of this biome. Raised in the middle of the forest at S\u00edtio S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, in Paraty, one of the references in Agroforestry Systems in Brazil, Jorge shares his knowledge about the forest, not only with Chefs such as Alex Atala, Helena Rizzo, Bel Coelho, Ivan Ralston, but also with scientists such as Mari Drewinski.
