Jorge is an agroforestry specialist, a self-taught botanist and a profound researcher of Brazilian biodiversity. The son of farmers, he is dedicated to the dissemination of Brazilian ingredients and their cultural recovery, sharing his learnings through work such as consultancy and experiences.
