He made me see what I didn't see in nature and opened doors of flavors that I didn't know until then...Expansion is the word that can describe my professional and personal relationship with Jorge.
We did the first mushroom hunt in the Atlantic Forest in the Paraty region. A super professional person who has a wonderful gift of showing and passing on with his words a little bit of all this biodiversity that we have in our Brazil, in our Atlantic Forest.
Jorge Ferreira, friend and work partner, is one of those people who had the privilege of being educated by nature and by fraternal values passed on by his family. One of the most important ecological principles for me is collaboration and interdependence and, in the thread of this coherence, with an incredible repertoire on the subtleties and grandeur of the forest, Jorge is always generous in sharing his learnings.
