In Recipes from the Forest, we invited Katia Barbosa, renowned chef, and Jorge Ferreira, a scholars of unconventional food plants (PANC) from the Atlantic Forest to discover the charms of the Vale Natural Reserve, in Linhares-ES.
Together, they went into the forest in search of ingredients for incredible dishes, lots of stories and also to learn more about Vale's commitment to becoming a carbon neutral company.
